I guess we are due for some drama at the office, since there has not really been any since Mr. Lee’s wife found out that he was running around with a girl from accounting. That involved a whole lot of drama, his wife was chasing him around with an old hardwood cane and she eventually clubbed him in the head and back. In fact this is not something I could really fault a man for. A few weeks back we got a temporary company secretary for Singapore in the office. She was really attractive and she had a really flirtatious personality. I was sure that she was hot for me until I realized that this was just the way that she was. Of course it was all tease, but that was not the way that everyone took it. She never had any interest in any of the guys who thought that she was flirting with them. Well she was flirting with them, but it did not really mean anything to her. Read the rest of this entry »

When I first opened my own business, I knew I would have no problem handling most things on my own. The only trouble with that way of thinking is that it is impossible for a busy company to have one person with his hands in everything. I knew that I was going to have to start trusting others and delegate some of this responsibility to them. One of the first things I considered delegating was the accounting needs. I was going to hire a bookkeeper, but I ended up hiring an outside source after seeing http://threesquare.ie/.
Their website really changed the way that I view getting help from the outside. Read the rest of this entry »

Are you passionate about your business? People can sense when your passion is driving you. Women are shaping the small business industry by developing entirely new methods and models, such as those found with I Am A Sheeo. They can also sense when desperation is driving you.For years my only real goal when working was to make sure I had enough money to pay the bills, vacation when I wanted to and to retire. I had no passion for my work and that realization was a big reason I left the corporate environment to start my own business. It was not enough just to make money, I wanted to do something that made me feel good, that tapped into my soul.
I had to find a way to balance money and my passion for my business. Read the rest of this entry »

We live in a society where financially everything is in a state of flux. There are no guarantees. For this reason people are doing whatever they can to diversify their financial portfolio. guerilla stock trading has become extremely popular. As people learn about the opportunities that are available to them, they try to do whatever they can to see to it that they have as many sources of income coming in to them as possible.
This is a relatively new mentality for the vast majority of people. There was a time where an individual would get a job, they would work at their job for 30 or 40 years. After doing this they would retire, and were happy to live off of the retirement money that they made. Read the rest of this entry »

Every time I wanted to invest a little bit of money I had to go to my investor or call her to tell her that I wanted to make a change to my portfolio. As I realized the markets were changing and I understood more, I was getting charged a lot of money in fees from my investor as there were people telling me that I should check my quarterly statement from her. I could not believe the amount of money I was paying her to make a few simple changes. I went to http://goldira401.com and found that I could make my own decisions when it came to trading gold, and that I would not have to pay another person a penny to move my money. My parents have never really had the means to get around and travel like they have wanted to. I have tried to send them on as many trips with the help of my brothers over the years, but there are still many places that they would like to get to see. My brothers and I thought that it was time to look into equity releases to see if it would be something that my parents could do.
I went online searching for a calculator for equity release to see how much my parents would qualify for and how much it would end up costing all of us in the long run. I know that all of us are more than willing to take a loss in our inheritance if it means that our parents get to go out and see the world or even the country before they are too old to enjoy it.
I knew that the house was paid off and that they have different stocks, bonds and retirement plans that they had as equity, but I was not sure of exactly how much they had altogether. My brothers and I went over to my parent’s house to talk to them about what we were trying to figure out for them. We all sat around the table discussing our big ideas and showing them the different pamphlets of places that they could go see with the money that they would get if they would decide to go in on this.
It did not take much discussing for my parents to decide that we were on the right track and for them to get out the papers that we needed to use the calculator to find out how much we could get for them. Everyone is getting excited about the prospect of them getting to see the wonderful destinations that they have always dreamed of.

Just because someone has bad credit does not mean they are irresponsible. I know that some are, and they are solely to blame for the financial mess that they are in. There are others though, like me, who made good decisions with money but got stuck in a hard place because of circumstances outside their control. That is what happened to me when I became sick a few years ago. I ended up missing nearly two months of work because I was in and out of hospitals. I actually had to look up poor credit loans online just to be able to get some help when I was going through this.
I had excellent credit for years, but it just took two months of no income to throw all of that down the drain. I needed a loan, but no bank would give one to me because I had become so delinquent in all of my bills. Read the rest of this entry »

I need to get new siding on my house and I do not have the money in my bank account to be able to pay it. I found a guy that will do it for a good price, but it turns out that cash is the only form of payment that he accepts. That is kind of weird that he does not accept other forms of payment, but I need to try to look into cash loans if I am going to be able to pay the guy.
He is a friend of one my friends, and so that is how I got into contact with him. Read the rest of this entry »

I would like to learn how to invest my money and do so in a smart way, where I will be likely to make some money with my money, as opposed to losing money. I have been watching the market a bit lately, and it seems like a kind of scary time to start trying to buy and sell stocks. But it is something that I want to do and so I am going to read some more information about it. I know that there is so much to learn when it comes to the stock market, that I doubt I will ever feel like a true expert in the matter.
But I have a lot of money that is just sitting in my bank account, and it would be of better use if it were invested in something. I am not sure what would be my best bet though. I have seen that the price of gold has gone down a bit, which is pretty odd. Usually, it just keeps going up and up. Read the rest of this entry »

I was thinking about how much of a cash balance plan I need to think about when I am ready to buy my house. Of course the thing I am thinking is that you never really know what is going to happen. You want to think that you are ready, but you never quite know what might happen. For instance your car could break down and it could be something rather minor or it could be total failure. A small thing goes wrong with your car and it can run you a thousand dollars to get it made right. If it is something major you can be talking about twenty five hundred dollars for the repairs. There is no easy way to live life when you are carrying the burden of debt on your shoulders. I know what it’s like to have enough debt that the phone calls never seem to stop and the stress of not being able to pay it back is overwhelming to the point of driving a person to depression. I felt like I was lost. I didn’t know what to do – I just wasn’t making enough to be able to pay it off in a timely fashion. I hadn’t even heard of debt consolidation until a friend of mine suggested it as an alternative.
I was concerned that I wouldn’t even be able to get approved for the consolidation but after speaking with an agent, I was surprised by how welcoming and eager they were for my business. I suppose it makes sense – they want their money, after all! It was far easier working through them as a third party than it had been working with the companies directly. They were often rude whenever I would call them, demanding money or claiming that I was actually hiding money from them and even going as far to say that my words were a lie.
It was absurd at best and obscene at worst. I couldn’t believe that the companies I owed money to would be so rude while the consolidation company was so nice and eager to work with me. If the original credit companies had been more willing and open to hearing me out, and even going as far to help me make some kind of payment plan, I would have been able to pay them back far more quickly! It’s ridiculous to think that they would call anyone a liar while trying to get money from that person.

Financial gain is something that my father always stressed. He taught me the value of my time investment and how much money I should make with that time. He taught me that there exists an optimal time frame in which a person will be able to make money and that I should strive to save enough to be able to retire within that allotted time that a person has. Everything from Forex trading to investments in precious resources, my father had his hands in nearly everything so he would be able to retire just as he said he would.
I was impressed. Even now knowing that he was able to accomplish that within the time that he had set for himself was impressive to say the least. Read the rest of this entry »
